01 How does the customization and proofing process work?
Submit your team name, colors, and logo concept in the mockup form above. Within 24 hours, we’ll email you a generated 3D mockup, a team quote, and an automated Google roster sheet. Once your team locks in player spellings and numbers, we send a full digital proof for final approval before payment is collected.
02 Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order is 15 tags (one primary tag per rostered player). We specialize in full-team packages, travel rosters, and club programs.
03 What is the turnaround and shipping timeline?
Once your final design proof and roster sheet are approved and invoiced, orders are printed, QA-inspected, and delivered directly to your captain or team address in 7-10 business days.
04 How durable are the tags and how do they attach?
Every tag is double-sided, weatherproof, and scratch-resistant—engineered specifically for heavy tournament gear and sideline bag piles. Flexible plastic loops are included with every tag for fast attachment to backpacks and duffels.
